Conclusion Questions
1. Discuss the anticipated sustainable and energy efficient characteristics for
your proposed project.
Skylights are
in place and will provide a great deal of solar gain during the winter as well
as an abundance of natural light. The primary use for the building will likely
not require climate control for most of the year (with the exception of the
office, kitchen, and locker room areas).
2. What part of the
project proved to be the most difficult to complete? Why?
The
calculations and codes proved most difficult to complete due to both abundance
of unrelated information and lack of directions describing what is
required.
3. Describe one improvement that you would incorporate
if given sufficient time. Explain how it would make your project
better.
We would greatly improve the
accuracy and appeal of our Revit model. We would further modify the topography
and include more elements of landscaping and similar detail.
4.
Choose a career path that you discovered during this project of which you were
previously unaware. Give a typical job description for a career in that
field.
